Weight management

Being significantly overweight or underweight can increase the likelihood of developing a variety of diseases, and can also have an impact on your mental health. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle through a nutritious diet and regular exercise is essential to a healthy body and a healthy mind.

Here, we have collated a variety of resources to support you as you take the steps towards a healthier routine.

You can also visit the Wandsworth Council website for more information about weight management resources.
