We can only accept patient who are within our boundary area.
Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.
We are also taking patients from these postcodes:
- SW12 9BF
- SW17 7FE
- SW17 0LG

Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- fill out an NHS register with a GP – Macmillan Way Surgery online form
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
