Our phone lines are open between 8am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. Our Saturday clinics are now hosted at Trevelyan House Surgery.
Online booking, as well as the automated booking feature on our phone systems (which can also be used to cancel appointments), will remain accessible outside these hours.
We would request that your mobile phone is switched off while you are on the premises.
If you need help when we are closed
There are out-of-hours GP, dental and pharmacy services available in Wandsworth.
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
The Coral Mental Health Crisis Hub is an alternative place of safety to the Emergency Department for mental health emergencies. The service is based at Springfield University Hospital and you can be referred to the Hub via the Mental Health Support Line. Call the Mental Health Support Line on 0800 028 8000 for a referral to the Hub or email CoralCrisisAssessmentHubTeam@swlstg.nhs.uk.
